For several years, Jerry’s ‘guitar arsenal’ has included the Trev Wilkinson-designed Vintage ICON Series V52, which he and many other prominent players hold in high regard.

Acknowledging the essence of Vintage®, Jerry issued a challenge to create a guitar to his specifications that would leave him completely satisfied. Trev Wilkinson eagerly accepted this challenge.

With unique Wilkinson single-coil pickups custom-wound to Jerry’s precise formula and his custom-wired five-way switch and circuitry, Trev has crafted an instrument that fulfills Jerry’s vision—a single guitar capable of emulating a vast array of the most recognizable solid-body and semi-acoustic tones.

With a mere flick of a switch, the V58JD effortlessly transitions between soaring blues tones, rich dark midnight jazz tones, ‘woman-tone,’ the elusive ‘in-between quack-tone,’ and country twang.

Regarding playability, the classic vintage-style one-piece fretted maple neck with a 7.25” fingerboard radius completes this genuine player’s guitar.
