The Hot bridge version of the Original P-Rails features an enhanced coil and a stronger Alnico 8 magnet, offering the same versatility in tone as its predecessor but with a design aimed at delivering a more robust, aggressive tone at the bridge position. The P-90 coil in the P-Rails Hot is crafted with a unique wire type chosen for its output and clarity, resulting in a notably loud P-90. The Rail mode benefits from the Alnico 8’s strength, and the series Humbucker mode produces a massive sound.

This exclusive Seymour Duncan design is a straightforward humbucker replacement that provides three distinct sonic options: a full-size humbucker, a P-90, and Rails, making it suitable for all music genres.

For optimal use, pair P-Rails in both the neck and bridge positions. Utilize a two-way switch (push-pull or mini-toggle) to access humbucker and P-90 sounds. For the full range of tones, including the single-coil Rail, employ a three-way switch (DPDT on-off-on).
