Replacement parts kit to completely build and finish your guitar. No additional parts required apart from the body and neck! All you need to do is set aside a couple of evenings and you can build yourself a custom instrument.
The kit includes:
A pre-wired assembly including , 1 x volume and 2 x tone controls, 5 way switch mounted onto an 11 hole pickguard. 11 x pickguard screws included for mounting the pickguard to body.
Vintage-style tremolo bridge that has the 6 traditional mounting holes to secure to the body. String spacing and mounting screw spacing of the bridge is 2 7/32 in. (56.5mm). Tremolo unit comes complete with screws, allen key, tremolo arm, 3 x springs, spring claw with string earth wire attached (features a plug-in “solder-free” connector to connect to jack socket).
, part code KD-6B. With mounting screws and push-fit bushings measuring 8.8mm in diameter.
Recessed jack plate with attached jacksocket fitted with plug-in connectors to connect to string earth and output from the pre-wired pickguard assembly.
Vintage “butterfly” -style pair of string retainers for the headstock, with screws and spacers.
Plastic pre-slotted top nut with flat bottom – 3.4mm thick, 43.56mm long.
Vintage-style set of strap buttons with screws.
Neck plate, black plastic neck cushion and 4 x neck screws.
Plastic backplate to cover tremolo cavity, with single slot to pass guitar strings through when re-stringing. 6 x mounting screws included.
Screw drivers, lead, polish cloth, set-up strings and plectrum.
All components can be used as direct replacement for many Fender® instruments.
