Brand New Packaged 14″ Aquarian Modern Vintage 2 ply skin. I love these, I think these are closer to the fat calf head sound than evans or Remo versions by a mile. They also basically work as a standard 2 ply coated head just with a thick coating.

The Modern Vintage II 2x7mil vacuum molded plies add depth and durability with enhanced lower frequencies. Aquarian’s proprietary VINTAGE TEXTURE COATING adds the look and the warmth of a simulated calfskin head.

But don’t let the Vintage label fool you. These heads are at home in any modern musical setting where a warm, musical drum sound is required. These heads look as good as they sound with a big, open sound on toms and bass drums, and added low frequencies to the snare drum.
